Autumn at Smeaton

A couple of photos from Smeaton Lake taken on Sunday. They’re both from the South side looking North, so the light contrast is what it was all about.

This next one’s quite mysterious, taken from below an old yew tree, looking at the reflections in the lake of the trees on the opposite bank.

Both hand-held, and with available light.

Very nice Colin. There’s a wee loch down my way where I’ve been trying to capture the reflection thing too with varying success. Where’s Smeaton Loch?

  2. Colin Will says:

Hi Shug. It’s at East Linton, just down the road from us.
