The Unicorn has landed!

Just picked up Mercedes Clarasó’s chapbook, A Blessing of Unicorns, from the printers, so it’s now more or less officially published. I have to send copies to the Legal Deposit libraries and register it with Nielsen BookData, and that will complete the formalities. Now the sales pitches will have to start. The printers (Cala Graphics) have done a super job on it, and I hope my editing and design have done justice to the contents. The poetry is delightful, and I’m proud to have published it.

It’s full of lovely poems about unicorns by a lady of Scottish and Catalan origin. She taught Spanish and Catalan at St Andrews University before retiring some years ago. She has also written novels and short stories.
